| Recipe: Pumpkin Body Scrub |
 |
Pumpkin Body Scrub
-1/4 cup pumpkin pulp (canned or slice a small pumpkin, cook until soft, mash the pulp)
-1/4 cup brown sugar
-1 teaspoon pumpkin seed oil (can also use olive oil or sunflower oil)
All of these ingredients are available organic. This is a very gentle exfoliating treatment. The fruit enzymes help to soften skin. The sugar helps to remove dead skin cells. The oil is emollient which helps to protect and keep moisture in your skin. Massage onto your skin before a shower or bath, leave on your skin for a minute or two before rinsing off.

It's essential that we understand that taking care of the planet will be done as we take care of ourselves. You know that you can't really make much of a difference in things until you change yourself.
