DIGITAL PRODUCTS, ONLINE COURSES, CLASSES POLICY
There are no refunds or credits on any digital products with immediate access; online courses, classes, webinars and eBooks. Please make sure you understand what you are purchasing. Digital products such as eBooks/downloads and online classes and courses may give you immediate access with the download link and access to the course or class. There is no possible way to return a digital product, possession is taken immediately after purchase. All publications and materials including documents, downloads, audio/visual files by the Site are copyrighted materials and cannot be shared unless given permission in writing by Joan Morais.
By purchasing a course or class, you will become a Registered User and need to create an account with a Username, Password and additional information for authentication. Each Username and Password can only be used by one Registered User and are not to be shared without the written permission from Joan Morais. We have a system that tracks if the course or class is being shared. If we deem you have shared your password with access to the course and the digital downloads, we reserve the right to revoke your access to the course and close your account with no refund or credit to you. You are solely responsible for the safekeeping of your username and password. If your username and password have been compromised you must immediately notify us. We have the right to change a username or password without your permission. You agree that you are fully responsible for your progress and product making results. We offer no guarantees on your product making results. The results experienced by each person may significantly vary depending on the type of equipment used and the ingredients. You are responsible to research your country and region for cosmetic making guidelines and regulations and do the necessary cosmetic marketing testing.
The Site may contain links to external sites. Accessing the external sites is at your own risk. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content at the linked external sites.
PROFESSIONAL NATURAL HAIR CARE PRODUCT MAKING COURSE AND PROFESSIONAL NATURAL SKIN CARE PRODUCT MAKING COURSE
The 8-week mentored and guided course requires pre-registration before the course start date. Access to the course will be available on the first day of the course start date. There are no refunds or credits on the course after the first start date of the course and you have access to the course. If you want to cancel the course before access has been granted to you to the course, it must be done in writing at least and within 24 hours before the start date of the course. There will be a $140 administration fee to process the cancellation. We will credit the same type of payment you used minus the $140 fee.
CANCELLATION OF PAYMENT PLAN FOR PROFESSIONAL COURSES
You will receive access to the professional course once all payments have been paid for the professional course you signed up for and on the date of the start of the course, not before. We do not release modules or give access to the professional course until all payments are made. If you decide to cancel the payment plan, a $140 administration fee will be charged to process the cancellation. We will credit the same payment system you used minus the $140 fee. No credit or refund will be given once you have received access to the course and the digital downloads.
CANCELLATION OF CLASSES
There are no refunds or credits given to any classes. Immediate access to the classes and downloads are immediate, therefore you are in possession of the class and it can not be cancelled, returned or credited.
CANCELLATION OF CONSULTATION
The appointment time you selected is scheduled and blocked off of Joan Morais’ calendar. Joan reserves this time out of her schedule for you. Therefore, there are no refunds on cancellations. With written notice of cancellation at least 24 hours in advance of a consultation, we will issue you a voucher for future use for a consultation to be used within 6 months. If this reschedule consultation is cancelled, there will be no refunds or credits to reschedule a consultation. If you are a no show or cancel less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, there are no refunds and no credit for a rescheduled consultation.
